As a National Account Manager, you will own and shape the strategy for key customers in the UK Convenience market. Responsibilities Deliver and exceed sales and profit targets, ensuring sustainable growth. Build and implement joint business plans with key customers, focusing on distribution, NPD, and in-store execution. Negotiate and manage account terms, aligning fiscal strategies with business objectives. Collaborate across internal teams, from category management to supply chain, ensuring seamless execution of customer plans. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have proven Account Manager experience in FMCG with a strong preference for experience in the Convenience channel. You'll have a commercial mindset with a data-driven approach to uncovering opportunities and confidence in presenting to both customers and internal stakeholders, with strong communication and analytical capabilities.
